Smaller models download faster and use less VRAM. Larger models are smarter but can take longer to download on first use.

On slow connections or laptops with limited VRAM, start with an Ultra Fast or Fast model first.

Controls how random the answers are. 0 = very focused, 1 = balanced, 2 = very creative.

Example: grammar fixes → 0.2–0.5, coding help → 0.4–0.9, brainstorming ideas → 0.8–1.3.

Controls repeatability. Leave at 0 for a fresh answer each time. Any number above 0 pins the randomness, so the same question gives the same answer.

Example: set seed to 123 to re-run the same question and compare small changes.

Lets the model call getTime and calculate when it needs them. Only works on the models in the Function Calling group; ignored elsewhere.
